Property Assist Solutions was founded by Dutch native Bram van de Sande, who first arrived in Cape Town in 2017 and was quickly captivated by the Mother City’s charm and vibrancy. Bram became a permanent resident, but – like many expatriates – he experienced first-hand the unique challenges of managing a property from abroad, especially during his visits to the Netherlands.

Driven by this experience, Bram established Property Assist Solutions to provide peace of mind to international homeowners who share similar needs.
